All spaces within the library are rented in blocks of four hours, with a surcharge added for each extra hour. The set-up time can only begin after the space closes to the public. Also, the library will provide a manager on duty, security guards, custodial services, limited tables and chairs, and back of house space within reasonable proximity to the event space for culinary staging and breakdown for catered events. The library’s caterer, The Catered Affair, provides the food or beverages.
