Systems and Software
Once we've mapped out your customized planning process, it's time for us to get to know your priorities and budget. What's important to you–and what's not-so-important? During this phase, we'll create a spending plan based on your preferences. This phase is roughly 6-weeks.
Once our spending plan/budget has been approved, it's time to get to the good stuff! We'll begin the process of designing your wedding, taking direction from you on how you want your wedding to look and feel.
During this process, we'll create a customized wedding design and present it to you. This design presentation will walk you through your wedding as if you were a guest.
This phase is ongoing throughout the planning process.
Vendor recommendations, planning meetings, menu selection, timeline creation–and more! The planning, logistics, and details phase is ongoing throughout the planning process and includes all the bits and pieces that help your wedding come together.
In the 12 weeks leading up to your wedding, our team is focused on the big and small decisions that need to be made. We'll help you finalize everything from your guest list and invites right down to your seating chart and music selections.
The wedding day run-up is the final weeks leading into your wedding, where the magic comes together. The best part? You'll be able to sit back and relax, enjoying those precious weeks leading up to your wedding because we've got you covered.
The final 10 days before your wedding is what we like to call the wedding week–and it's when we'll have our final meeting and walk-through. Our team will be busy finalizing your vendors, tying bows, folding napkins, preparing your timeline, and helping you rehearse.
Your wedding day has come and gone–and our team is here to help you close the loop. After you return from your honeymoon, we'll help you check off all those post-wedding to-do's.
The first 30 days of planning are spent getting to know you and your fiancé. We want to learn more about the wedding you envision and what tasks you've already accomplished. From there, we'll create a customized planning timeline and to-do list.
When I tell you that I'm so excited to work with you - I mean it from the bottom of my heart. The best part about being a business owner is having the luxury of choosing who you'd like to work with. I'm so grateful that we've chosen each other. Now, let's get to work!
You can access your client portal via the button below, where you'll find your questionnaires + all of the details about your wedding.
How will we communicate during the planning process?
During the planning process, we'll communicate using our planning software and via email. This allows us to keep on top of your wedding requests and tasks.
Within the next 30 days, we will put together a personalized planning to-do list for you that outlines the planning process. In order to do that, we'll need you to fill out our onboarding questionnaire. Your answers will help guide where we'll focus next. To help you visualize the planning process, we've included our approach inside this guide!

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT WORKING WITH YOU?
when will we get to start the fun stuff - like design?!
how often will we receive planning updates from you?
what should we do if we have a question or concern during the process?
We know how badly you want to dig into all the fun stuff–like picking flowers, colors, linens, and dreamy chandeliers. And we promise that we'll get to the fun stuff as soon as possible and as soon as we get the planning basics down.
Before we can discuss design, we need to understand your preferences, priorities, and budget. Once we've got that locked down, it's time to play!
That pretty much covers it — all you need to know is that I primarily communicate with my clients via email, and my office hours are Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm.
The planning process will have months where we talk every week–and then times when you don't hear from us for a while.
We'll be sure to connect with you whenever we have an update to share. You can expect us to send you monthly updates and check-ins, too.
And rest assured, even if you haven't heard from us in a few days, we are hard at work on your wedding.
It's important to us that you reach out with any questions or concerns you might have. Our door is always open for any conversations you'd like to have about your wedding. As your planner, it's our job to support you in making decisions and finding the best options.
Please connect with us via email with anything that's top of mind for you and we'll do our best to get back to you as quickly as possible.
what should we be focused on first?
